The Monorail Tunnel is a building released on July 26, 2016, as part of the Dilapidated Rail Yard Expansion. It is used to make the monorail access the Springfield Heights area, since the tracks themselves can't cross because of the mountains. It is the fifth and final prize of weeks one and five of the Rail Yard Weekly Prizes.
Trivia[]
- It can only be placed and moved along the mountain range between regular Springfield and Springfield Heights.
- In order to move it, the player must have unlocked the land on both sides of the mountain.
- Unlike the Springfield Heights Tunnel, the Monorail Tunnel can be stored.
- When touched, it plays the same sound as the Rail Yard.
- When it's stored while it plays the sound, the sound will stop.
