- Even though Homer prompted the player to build Gulp 'N' Blow for him to eat as an alternative to Krusty Burger, he can never actually eat there since it's in none of his many jobs although he has to negotiate in secret there.
- Homer only goes there once, to negotiate in secret when you are doing The Devil Wears Blue quest chain.
- It is the only building that gives exactly $100 in revenue, which can be used as a way to figure out how much % bonus you have on your town from your premium items. Ex: If you get $125 from Gulp 'N' Blow, then you now know you have a 25% bonus on your town. However, this method is often inaccurate, as your actual bonus may be as low as 24.05%. A more accurate method is to open your Conform-O-Meter, which will tell you your exact bonus thanks to a content update on June 3, 2014.
