Mr. Costington is the owner of Costington's, one of the largest upscale stores in Springfield. He is also unlocked upon completion of it, which was the last personal prize available in the prize system during the Christmas 2013 Event. He came back as a premium character during the Christmas 2014 Event.

Mr. Costington is the chairman of Costington's department store, and Springfield Mall. Although he is usually generous, he can sometimes be insensitive.
