The Pirate Treasure is a limited-time decoration that was released on June 23, 2017, as part of the Time Traveling Toaster 2017 Event. The first one was the first Excavation Site Prize to be won in the event's Pirate Era. Additional ones could be crafted that contributed to levelling up the Springsonian Museum.
