Tachyons were a limited-time currency released on May 30, 2017, for the Time Traveling Toaster 2017 Event. They were used to upgrade Panini Press. Each upgrade increased the tap radius of the Time Invaders, increased the reward from the Excavation Site and lowered the cooldown time of the blast.
